  • the average budget was roughly around $80

Week 6 Session 2

Initial Survey Questions (for online)

Initial Brainstorm of possible outcomes from Week 5 Session 2

Refined Survey Questions

Today we did an initial brainstorm of ideas. Afterwards we signed our ethics form and did a rough draft of initial survey questions. When we discussed it with Jason he suggested to tailor our questions to have open-ended answers so that we had more substantial research.

Final

In the end to clarify the layout of the overall brief we made a rule to have one column text boxes and quotes centre-aligned. Anything that was more than column was flushed left. Most images however remained centred between columns or directly above it.

We felt that our hard cover binding felt appropriate because of the vintage style of our visual brief. We also chose a hard cover as we felt it best utilised centred layout making our whole look and feel cohesive.

Final Critique

We asked to meet with Jason one last time for feedback before we made any last minute changes to our visual brief.

Some of the things we needed to work on were:
-Making rules with text layout & size.
-Consistency of overall layout across the brief
-Reducing the size of some of the titles and creating more space between the titles and spoons

Timeline

We decided that by having a timeline made on excel would help us keep track of the work we had to do and how far our progress should be.
